Grid-down Communications Training Exercise: T -REX 2026
What event or crisis do you anticipate will occur? Grid down? Financial Collapse? Both? Something else? The fact is we really don’t know what event or crisis we might have to face. This is why we need an Emergency Readiness Plan.
Acquiring “stuff” without a plan isn’t “Readiness” – it is just unorganized hoarding. Not necessarily a good thing.
In the military we don’t just have “gear and stuff”, we have Mission Plans, Operating Procedures, we have comms (communications) PACE plans, and we have constant drills. Your family’s safety should have no less.
An Emergency Readiness Plan is crucial to your survival during an event when chaos is rampant and uncertainty abounds. Your plan enables you to remain calm and in control while everyone else is scrambling.

The situation that is planned is a “Grid Down” event.

Even if your plan or the event you expect doesn’t include a “grid down” scenario, this exercise is the perfect opportunity to practice/rehearse your plan. This exercise gives you a chance to connect with others via comms to ensure everything will roll smoothly in the event of a real event or crisis.

This is the perfect time to create your own plan and practice with your family or support group.
This gives you 45-days to go from “unorganized hoarding” to a fully utilized plan. We have three Emergency Readiness Consulting Plans to create a completed plan for you. Bespoke Sovereign Strategy, Readiness Blueprint, and Tactical Audit.
We offer classes to help enable you to create your own plan as well. Get the information to enable you to create your own Emergency Readiness Plan at GL Skye Academy. The SME Strategic Survival Doctrine is a free basic level class designed to get you started on your readiness journey. In order to take the course you will need to join the Member’s Only Area even though it is free to access the secure training modules. The other courses are paid courses.
