ZERO PERCENT ACCEPTABLE LOSS: BUILDING THE SPIRITUAL PERIMETER.

Zero Percent Loss

 SPIRITUAL READINESS: THE INTERNAL ANCHOR

Can be the most challenging to train and incorporate,       but is by far the most critical "skill" to acquire to your overall survival. Once truly acquired hard to loose.

Protocol: Engaging with faith, music, and the healing resonance of nature.

Objective: To anchor the soul in testimony, transforming shared narratives into "sacred bridges" that sustain and connect us.

WHAT CAN WE DO?

When we are in balance—Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically—we achieve the Core of Calm®. This enables us to be able to deal with whatever situation might arise during a crisis. When we are out of balance our ability to handle stressful and chaotic circumstances is severely diminished.

Remaining in the Core of Calm® we are able to process the situation more logically. In this state, the chaotic events occurring around us have little to no impact on our internal peace.

We move from being victims of circumstance to being guardians of our own perimeter.

MENTAL READINESS: PSYCHOLOGICAL RESILIENCE

Challenging to train, but easier than the physical. Important to acquire to hold Physical and Spiritual.

Protocol: Prayer-based focus and meditative clarity.

Objective: To maintain an operational mindset under pressure, utilizing disciplined mental drills to ensure decision-making remains sharp. This includes skills.   Once a skill is learn it is hard to lose. Especially     if practiced often.

PHYSICAL READINESS: THE OPERATIONAL BASE

This is the easiest to accomplish. This primarily just requires money to "stockpile" a bunch of "stuff". This is also the easiest to lose.

Protocol: Logistical pre-positioning and continuous skill-set acquisition.

Objective: Maintaining the bodily strength and practical resources needed to sustain the perimeter.

This includes preventative health measures, nutritional excellence, and stress-mitigation protocols (Yoga, Tai Chi, and Bach Flower remedies).
